Staff ๐Ÿ“šโœจ Ellie recommends 2 Claire Keegan books: 'Foster' and 'So Late in the Day'.

Honestly, we would recommend anything by Claire Keegan. Her short stories are simple yet powerful, and perfect if you want to finish a book in a day!

Place these books on hold here >> https://brnw.ch/21x2YcU

Her works are also available as eBooks and audiobooks on the Libby App and BorrowBox. ๐ŸŽง

Today marks the start of National Reconciliation Week - a time for all Australians to learn more about our shared histories and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in Australia. ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’›โค๏ธ

The theme for National Reconciliation Week 2026 is โ€˜All Inโ€™, a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day.

We're lucky to have Elijah Bravington come to the library next week to share insights on what it means to commit to reconciliation in meaningful, everyday ways. โœจ
