Our Year 11 Hospitality students recently visited the Hawkesbury Companion Animal Shelter, delivering some morning tea to show their support and appreciation for the team following an incredibly difficult week.

We are thinking of all the staff during this challenging time and hope this small gesture brought a little comfort and kindness when it was needed most.

Our thoughts are with you all. ❤️

Over the past two days, our combined dance group has attended two full days of rehearsals in preparation for the upcoming School Spectacular!
Day 1: Students had an early 5:20am start, travelling to Sydney Olympic Park to take part in Sunrise’s live weather cross. They also had their first opportunity to rehearse the finale!
Day 2: Students continued rehearsals and successfully finished learning their segment dance.
We are getting so excited for SHOW WEEK – 27th & 28th November!
If you haven't secured your tickets yet and would love to come along and support our amazing dancers both in combined dance, Aboriginal dance and flash mob, make sure you grab your tickets now before they sell out!
We can't wait to see them shine on stage!

Wow! What a Sunday these students had, participating in their goal race as part of The Run Beyond Project

The Run Beyond Project uses running to empower high school students. Through consistent training, students build critical life skills including: goal-setting, resilience, self-confidence and community belonging.

Through months of dedicated after-school training sessions and personal runs, Windsor High proudly showed up on race day. Crossing the finish line, celebrating months of hard work, grit, and determination.

A massive congratulations to all our students and staff involved in this event.

Congratulations to our students who graduated from the NSW Rural Fire Service Secondary Schools Cadet Program last week!
Throughout the program, students gained hands-on experience in firefighting techniques and how to use equipment found on the trucks, while developing valuable skills in teamwork, leadership and communication.
Our cadets also achieved an impressive first-place finish in one of the three events at the RFS Cadets Championship Day!
A huge thank you to the dedicated RFS staff and volunteers who made this fantastic opportunity possible.
Congratulations to all our cadets on their achievements!

Sadly, this morning we have been informed that there is a fire at the animal shelter across the road from the school. The police have closed the road just before the bus bay, and we are unsure when it will reopen. School will operate as normal. Traffic may be impacted.
