Every single person who voted, shared, messaged, and believed in this slightly quirky, totally heart-driven mission to make mental health less scary and more human, this is because of you.
When I started The Happychondriac Society, my dream was simple:
-Break the stigma.
-Bridge the gap between people.
-Make mental health approachable (with a side of humour).
To stand on a national stage and be recognised by the people is honestly the greatest honour I could have ever imagined.
To the other 22 finalists, you are all incredible woman and mums doing such amazing work. This category was full of women who care deeply, and thatās worth celebrating every single one of them!
And always gratitude to my beautiful kids who are always on my side and my gorgeous Nick who has stood beside me for everything and supported all my dreams Nicolas R.S so glad we did this together, im so glad we do life together ššš thankyou for being one of around 10 men amongst 150 plus women𤣠i love how inspired you were by the achievements of so many amazing Mumpreneurs!

I had the pleasure of attending the Wise Women event hosted by the radiant Gray Tham ā a celebration of women over 40 stepping fully into who they are. No masks, no apologies, just presence, power and real connection.
It was a room full of heart ā women embracing their stories, their quirks, their brilliance. A reminder that ageing isnāt about fading ā itās about risingš
I rocked up in a dress and sparkly sneakers (because why not?) ā not to stand out, but to simply stand as myself šŖ
Thatās what The Happychondriac Society is all about ā finding joy in your uniqueness and helping others do the same.
To every woman I met: thank you for the conversations, and the beautiful energy you brought.
Letās keep showing up just as we are ā sparkles and all.

I was so humbled last night to be invited to speak about mental health for this incredible group of super cool women! Even a fellow Tasmanian to my right! šŖš
The gathering was so cosy as we sat in a big group on couches as I shared my story, explained how mental health fits into faith and encouraged them to embrace their quirk and show up unapologetically themselves. The love and warmth I received was simply magical!

This week is R U OK Day, and Iām excited to be speaking at several of our hospitals and councils! The past few months have been a whirlwind of excitement and emotions. Through it all, I've learned how important it is to stay true to yourself, act with integrity, and be authentically youābecause the people who know you will support your success.
With over 20 years in the health and wellbeing industry, I continue to be amazed by how the relationships Iāve built help me fulfill my purpose: creating happier, healthier communities.
