When you join Diversey Care as an early-career Occupational Therapist, you will shadow experienced OTs to familiarise yourself with the cases. So, there's no worry that we're going to throw you in the deep end 🙌

During the shadowing period, you will gain experience and see for yourself how our OTs solve problems, support participants, and write reports ✅
