Apartments Of Waverley Notice to all Guests and potential Guests!
Looking ahead;
From 8 November 2020, subject to case numbers, the following changes will occur:
Accommodation will reopen.
The 25km limit will come off and Melbourne will be able to meet regional Victoria at the same
level. That means the same eased restrictions that apply to regional Victoria will also apply to Melbourne.
The border between the city and the rest of our state will also fall away.
The capacity of pubs and restaurants will increase, with up to 40 inside and 70 outside.
Religious gatherings will expand with up 20 people and a faith leader indoors, and 50 outside.

With the Australian Government issuing a 14 day self-isolation ruling, we now offer the opportunity to do this in the comfort of our quiet deluxe
self-contained apartments. We have introduced our very accommodating '14 night Self-Isolation’ special package. This offer is limited to during the COVID-19 crisis; and available to all local, interstate and international travellers!
The nightly rate for self isolation in a one bedroom apartment with one queen bed is our direct rate of $100 per night. As this special package is for self-isolation guests only, the booking is for a minimum 14 nights, will need to be pre-paid, and is non-refundable. Our cleaning services will not be available on these bookings, however, fresh linen will be provided each week and an extra cleaning pack for departure will be included.

Apartments Of Waverley Notice RE: COVID-19
We at Apartments Of Waverley are writing to you, our valued guest, to alleviate any concerns you may have with how we are dealing with this unfortunate outbreak of the Cornonavirus (COVID-19).
We understand everyone is always concerned with the cleanliness of any hosted stay they may use, especially now with the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to re-assure you that the cleanliness of our apartments and townhouses has always been our number one priority; and with this outbreak, we are taking it seriously by making changes to our cleaning as advised by Australian Government, Department of Health.
Our usual routine involves a full clean of the apartment or townhouse after the guest leaves. However with the Corona Virus requirements and in order to do our utmost to prevent this virus from affecting our valued guests and our staff, we are now completing ‘spring’ cleans for each booking on arrival and departure. These involve a complete clean, with regard to every detail; not superficial or partial in any way, of the entire apartment or townhouse, including before beginning regular cleaning our cleaners have been asked to use new gloves and to remove from the cupboards all dishes, glassware, cutlery and all pots & pans, and place in dishwasher even though already clean.
Once all regular cleaning has been done and all used linen removed from the property the cleaners will put on a new set of gloves to put away dishes and disinfect all additional surfaces (tables, door handles – internal & external), all white goods (fridge, washing machine & dryer, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker etc.

We note the 9/10 on cleanliness on Booking.com is only due to 1 review out of 14 giving us a less than 10. The rest we are proud to say were all 10/10 !
These are ratings on our normal schedule. In this outbreak, we'll definitely improve.
We promise that all of our properties will be as clean as a whistle, as they say!
In terms of our operating hours, we're still offering our 24hr check in via appointment and our office hours have not changed from our usual. However, our cleaning times have been extended to cover :
⦁ We have instigated spring cleaning service for all our incoming guests; not just our departing guests; and
⦁ Our staff clean with commercial cleaning spray on every surface especially where hands will touch.
