Completed handover of Stage 1 (Commonwealth Bank) at 435 Bourke Street. Ampac FireFinder Plus network and EvacUElite. Client Is CBUS Property through Multiplex Construction.

Commissioning Stage 1 underway at 435 Bourke Street - Commonwealth Bank. Building has almost topped out. 8 Node Ampac FireFinder and a 6 Node EvacUElite system.

Just about to start the massive job of commissioning the new Frankston Hospital Acute Tower. The new Fire Control Room will house the existing 20 Node Simplex network as well as the new 10 node 4100ESi network with a combined Graphical interface.
EVAC by Ampac EvacUElite in the new Acute tower with one of the last to be produced Ampac EV3000 head ends taking care of the existing hospital. Boys are working hard to deliver this project by mid year!

Young Husband, Kensington - This building was originally a wool storage shed and has some cool features which have been preserved. Now an office/food blank slate waiting for tenancy fit outs.
2 x Networked Ampac Fire Finder Plus with occupant warning and Wagner MASDS on the top levels to cover the sawtooth ceilings. Head contractor was Built, Sprinkler company Precision.

500 Bourke St, Melbourne. This was a challenging build, being a refurbishment of the old 45 level NAB headquarters. We had to work with the existing Simplex system and keep it running throughout. Ended up with a 7 Node Simplex 4100ESi with Graphics and Ampac EvacUElite, lots of the usual interfaces and a MASDS car charger shutdown in the basement. Currently undergoing tenancy fitouts.
