DASHCAM - CCTV - WITNESS APPEAL;

Wednesday 27th of May 2026;

Mt Dandenong Rd, Kilsyth;

At about 5:30PM, a silver Toyota Rav 4 travelling east on Mt Dandenong Rd has collided with a red Nissan Patrol opposite the Churinga Shopping Centre.

The female driver of the silver Toyota has fled the scene on foot.

Police wish to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident or anyone with dashcam footage to assist with their enquiries.

Seven people are facing serious drugs charges over their alleged involvement in a m**h trafficking syndicate in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.

Victoria Police are seeking to locate a male involved in an incident that happened on bus route 693 at approximately 2:40pm on the 28th of April 2026 in Tecoma.

The male has reached over the security glass separating the driver and pulled the steering wheel whilst the bus was moving. He then punched at the security glass and threatened the driver.

The male is described as caucasian, in his 40's, thin build with shoulder length hair.

Police continue to search for missing 96-year-old Bulleen man David and seek assistance from the public to help locate him.
Investigators have established David was last seen at a licenced venue near the corner of Lonsdale Street and Cohen Place in the CBD about 7.30pm on 10 May.
It is believed David left the venue in his silver 2004 Toyota Camry sedan, registration TGC818, heading in an easterly direction.
David’s Camry may have been sighted in the Lilydale area about 10pm later than night.

David was last seen in Victoria Street in Bulleen on 8 May around 3.30pm.

He may be travelling in his silver 2004 Toyota Camry sedan with registration TGC818.

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Matthew SPARKES. The 36 year old is wanted on multiple warrants and is thought to frequent Kilmore, Mt Evelyn, Seville and is a previous resident of Eildon.

He is described as having a fair complexion, dark hair, slim build and approximately 175cm tall.

HIGHWAY PATROL REPORT;

Thursday 14th May 2026;

Maroondah Hwy, Coldstream;

At about 6PM last night, HWP members detected a 31-year-old male rider travelling at 156 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.

He was found to be an unlicenced (motorcycle) learner.

His vehicle was immediately impounded at a cost of $1, 060 and he will be invited along to the magistrates Court to explain his actions in due course.

The man told police he had driven from the city to have a ride through the Yarra Valley because it was a "nice day".
