Julian's workshops are the first Saturday of the month. The next one is coming up on the 2nd of May . The workshop starts at 9.30. The Homestead will be opened from 9 for set up. Hope to see you there

There will be no workshop for Julian this weekend, due to the Easter holiday break . Our art space however, will still be open on Sunday

Julian's march workshop-This was a very interesting and informative day. We learned about placement when painting different items onto a page and how to add interest. Then we when off the paint several of our own. Then adding what we had learned to our own paintings of the next subject

Looking forward to Julian's first workshop for the year on the 7th of march

Julian's December workshop. We learnt how to build on a painting using an abstract back ground and then building on the features. This was a wonderful excercise for any one who tends to focus on detail from the very start of the painting

This weekend , 6 December is Julian's last water colour workshop for this year from 9.30 to 12. Open at 9 to set up . Then following that our christmas get together at around 12.30. Please bring along a plate to share

We discovered the joy of painting abstract paintings, followed by learning page layout and large shapes in watercolour painting. Some very big insights with this workshop for future painting
