We write to you today with heavy hearts, as we share the devastating news of multiple
incidents that has significantly impacted our business. We are filled with disbelief, and
sadness as we try to process the aftermath of these destructive events.

The fire incident has left us devastated, not only from the physical damage it has caused to our property, but also from the emotional toll it has taken on our team and our community. It is heart-wrenching to see years of hard work and dedication by our team destroyed by such thoughtless actions.

We are overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support from our community. We thank
you all during this difficult time. It is comforting to hear your kind words, offers of assistance and encouragement as we navigate these challenges.

We thank the MFB and Victoria Police for their quick response and efforts in containing the
fire. We’re grateful for their repeated efforts in saving our venue.

As owners, our primary focus now is to provide support to our team as well as plan the next steps in rebuilding our playcentre. We appreciate your patience while we figure out our next steps during this overwhelming time.

Thank you for standing with us as we rebuild. We hope to come back bigger and better than
ever! We are eternally grateful for your support.

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the closure of our store for an extended period due to unexpected extensive damage caused by vandalism. 😔🔒

The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and we need to ensure that the premises are secure and safe for everyone before reopening. 😔🔒

We are extremely disheartened by this unfortunate event and the inconvenience it may cause to our customers, especially those who had parties booked and those who had booked tickets this school holidays. 😔

We hope to commence repairs and resume operations as soon as possible.

It is with much disappointment that we inform you that Rabbit Hole Playcentre will be closed due to recent acts of vandalism that occurred during late night hours. 😔🚫

We will be CLOSED Easter Saturday and Easter Sunday.

The safety of our customers and staff is our top priority, and we need to ensure that the premises are secure and safe for everyone before reopening. 😔🔒

All party bookings and tickets purchased online will be refunded in full. We appreciate your patience while refunds are being processed during public holidays.

We hope to reopen on Monday and will keep you informed about any further updates.
