Iha tinan 2022, MHI hetan fundus husi UNESCO nia Fundo Internasional ba Diversidade Kultural hodi estebelese Alianca Kultural ida iha Munisipu Lautem. Many Hands International (MHI) has been operating in the Municipality of Lautem since 2010. During this time, MHI has developed, implemented, hosted and collaborated on many programs and projects that contribute to its objective of supporting culture and development in Timor-Leste. In 2022, Many Hands International received funding from the UNESCO International Fund for Cultural Diversity (IFCD) to establish a Cultural Alliance in the municipality of Lautem. In the following video, Mr. Jose Monteiro as Coordinator of the Steering Committee for the Establishment of the Lautem Cultural Alliance talks about the process for establishing the Lautem Cultural Alliance.

Today Many Hands International team meet with HE Secretary State Art and Culture. MHI do presentation on Lautem Cultural Alliance formation supported by UNESCO thorough IFCD Grant. Mr Secretary State will present at upcoming the Lautem Cultural Alliance steering committee meeting at National Commission of Timor Leste for UNESCO
