Two generators provided all the power for the expected 3,000 attendees to fulfil the needs of Food Trucks, Entertainment Stage, Kids Entertainment, Amusement Rides, Information Kiosk, Health Services, and Powered Stall holders at this event for animal enthusiasts, pet owners and their four-legged friends. SGH provided Event Services, Delivery, installation by qualified electricians, Safety Barriers, Distribution Equipment, Cable Covers, Onsite Support Staff throughout the event, Pack up and removal as part of a total solution to provide the power for this annual outdoor event. Monday 2nd October sees a range of public holidays across the nation. QLD will be taking a day of rest for the King’s Birthday, while NSW & ACT are participating in the Labour Day Public Holiday. These branches of SGH will be closed for the day but the VIC office will be answering the 1300 350 706 number and can call upon local staff on call 24/7 to assist with any emergency power requirement or break down assistance. With our own fleet of trucks we can also deliver 24/7 when you need it the most – including public holidays. We hope you enjoy this relaxing time with your family.

This AFL Grand Final Friday the Dingley office of SGH will be closed for the Victorian Public Holiday. Rest assured that we always have staff on call 24/7 to assist with any emergency backup generator request or emergency break down repair. With our own fleet of trucks we can also deliver 24/7 when you need it the most – including public holidays. We’re not sure we can inject as much energy into the MCG as the crowd this Grand Final Day but should they need additional power we are always ready to assist. Not all generator requirements are the same. SGH has the in-house capability to custom fabricate containerised enclosures, internal configurations and additional accessories to make your generator conform to your requirements. For this project a food manufacturer wanted to extend the exhaust outlet above the building to ensure exhaust and sound did not interfere with the production environment. A custom exhaust was fabricated, including brackets to run along the roof of the 40ft containerised JCB Generator and then ascend the building to above the roofline. 304 stainless sheet was rolled to a form a 450mm diameter pipe that was cut and welded to form the required sections. Flanges and bends were fabricated for ease of joining. Section were delivered and installed on the clients premises to create a solution to meet their every requirement.
