Thinking about getting a job in a pub, bar or bottleshop? 🍻 In Victoria, you’ll need to complete a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course approved by Liquor Control Victoria (LCV) before you can legally serve or sell alcohol at some venues.

Heads up: not all courses are legit! Make sure you choose a provider that offers accredited training so you don’t get caught out!

For more information go to liquor.vic.gov.au or search 'LCA approved RSA course providers'

If you couldn't tell, we love bees! And World Bee Day is today 💛 Bees have a great work ethic: A single European honey bee (Apis mellifera) will typically visit about 7,000 flowers a day🌼 Now that's what you call a busy bee🐝

Our Youth Hive @ Knox Library is the perfect place to study or hangout between the busyness of life. Come say hi 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday 👋

🌈 This Sunday is IDAHOBIT Day! The International Day Against LGBTQIA+ Discrimination 💛✨ This is a chance to come together, celebrate diversity and stand against discrimination towards LGBTQIA+ people. Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, included and proud to be themselves 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

For this year’s IDAHOBIT post, we’re so proud to share the voices of local LGBTQIA+ young people, who answered the question:
“What do you enjoy about being part of the LGBTQIA+ community?” 💖
A huge thank you to the young people who took part in this video and shared their experiences, joy and pride with our community. Your voices help create visibility, connection and belonging for others 🌈✨

At Knox Youth Services, we’re proud to stand alongside LGBTQIA+ young people, this Sunday and every day. Check out the link below for local rainbow community groups, supports, and events 🌈🔗
