We finally have some fantastic news at the Heartlands with stage's 24,25,28 now titled. Your conveyancer will be in contact to arrange your Settlement.

Stages 27,29 & 30 titles are expected around the 20th July 2018.

Hi Everyone, stages 24-30 at the Heartlands is now complete. we are purley waiting on authorities to sign off on the completed works. please see attached that was sent out on Thursday 22nd March 2018.

Everyone from the Heartlands Team would like to welcome all of the new residents who have rencently joined our community. To book in your Fencing the first step is to email [email protected] with your lot number & certificate of occupancy Permit.

The cut off date you must be booked in by is the 1st of December. If not completed by this date the fencing contractor will not be able to start your fence until they reopen on January 29/1/2018.

CLUB HEARTLANDS GYM UPDATE

Due to unforeseen circumstances Jen will no longer be taking our weekly Fitness classes at Club Heartlands.
We have seen the Heartlands Community Flourish from strength thanks to Jens devotion and passion over the last 3 years.

Afternoon all, due to Chemical spill the Club will remain closed until further repairs are complete. We are hoping that the Centre will reopen by Wednesday Night in Time for Jen's 6pm class. We will keep everyone posted. Thanks the Heartlands Team
