It is with deep sadness that we inform our community of the passing of Knox VICSES member Phil Mann.
Phil joined Knox VICSES in 2005 and dedicated many years of service to supporting our local community during times of need. His commitment, reliability and willingness to help others made a lasting impact on our unit and on those we served.
Phil will be remembered as a valued teammate and friend, and his contribution to Knox VICSES will not be forgotten.
Our thoughts are with Phil’s family, friends, and fellow members during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Phil. Thank you for your service. 🧡

This morning, two dedicated Knox VICSES members have deployed to Alexandra to assist and support a community experiencing a challenging time.
Their role is focused on connection, reassurance and support — engaging directly with residents and visitors, sharing up-to-date and accurate information, helping people understand current advice and warnings, and answering questions so individuals can make informed decisions to keep themselves and their families safe.
We wish our two Knox members all the very best as they represent our unit and serve the community. Your professionalism, compassion and commitment reflect the very best of VICSES.
Thank you — we are incredibly proud. 🧡
