The Children’s International Film Festival is NOW ON until July 5 in Melbourne. Enjoy this curious, cute and colourful celebration of cinematic storytelling from around the world, specifically curated for children.

Catch pirate mice, sea serpents and polar bears onscreen, along with tales of adventure, discovery and friendship. Highlights of the program include Oscar-winner Little Amélie or the Character of Rain, live action adventure in The Neverending Story universe, Momo, and the Australian Premiere of Stitch Head, a lively Frankenstein twist!

CHIFF screens in Melbourne at Classic Cinemas in Elsternwick, Lido Cinemas in Hawthorn and Cameo Cinemas in Belgrave.

We have added not one, but two new Bluey trikes to our collection. These were donated by a community member in as new condition and we know our members will love borrowing them :)

Introducing Transformers Dinobot Adventures! We were lucky to win this as a door prize at our recent Libraries Australia Training Day - thank you! We know our members will have fun with these!

Six fabulous helpers volunteered their Saturday afternoon to attack the beast that was the disordered store room. Problem toys were fixed and spare parts and donations sorted into a more orderly fashion, ready to be processed. The floor also received some mop treatment 😍 thanks everyone

It's National Volunteer Week and we want to thank each and every volunteer who has helped us keep the toy library running. Thanks to our member volunteers who assist during sessions. Thanks to our community volunteers who help with sessions or working bees. And super huge thanks to our amazing committee of volunteers who help make decisions about the running of the toy library, apply for grants, run super fun events and so much more. T H A N K Y O U 😍

Happy Mother's Day!

A big thanks to everyone who supported our Mother’s Day cupcake fundraiser and our toy sale. We hope you all enjoy your delicious mini cupcakes from Cafe Aura

Treat mum this Mother's Day with some delicious cupcakes. We have partnered with Cafe Aura for this delicious fundraiser. Choose from four yummy options - double chocolate, caramel, strawberries and cream or carrot cake with cream cheese. Orders need to be in by Wednesday 6 May and will be ready for collection at the toy library on Saturday 9 May from 10am - 12pm. See second image for ordering details.
