City of Casey Transparency Advocate

So, now that One Nation is apparently in the game - for real - I will have to keep a proper eye on its machinations.

Fortunately, I already have been. :)

There's a melodrama playing out in the hard right. I've been waiting for someone to acknowledge or report on it.

If that doesn't happen, I'll discuss it here myself. While this is primarily a page about local government, more people need to know what's happening.

I'm calling it. It appears that council candidates can confidently ignore the requirement to declare campaign donations.

Uneven and often nonexistent enforcement by the Local Government Inspectorate isn't deliberate negligence; it's a sign that the LGI has been so comprehensively kneecapped that it cannot adequately perform its role.

Meanwhile, I will continue to authorise my posts as forced to by the LGI, despite other political pages not being required to do the same.

*** This Planning Scheme Amendment Doesn't Make Sense ***

Developers want to rezone a couple of land parcels in Cranbourne from 'farming' to 'residential' (image 1).

Aside from its proximity to a notorious landfill, part of the site happens to be a habitat for the Southern Brown Bandicoot. It's a 'bio-link', connecting the bandicoot with other habitat to the north and south.

This bandicoot is endangered, so the developer needs Commonwealth approval, which it obtained by setting aside a 30m-wide corridor where houses would NOT be built, keeping the habitat connected (image 2).

This corridor was agreed upon by the City of Casey, the developer and DEECA (Vic government department). To protect it, it would be rezoned to 'conservation' while the rest of the site would become 'residential' (image 3).

To rezone land in Casey, the Casey Planning Scheme must be amended. This is a lengthy process, but in a nutshell:

- Casey submitted a bunch of documents to the Vic government in support of the amendment. Some of these were prepared by the developer, others by Casey.

- The Vic government agreed to exhibit the documents to the public, calling the proposed amendment C300case.

That public exhibition has now happened. And...

The 30m-wide 'conservation' zone is GONE (image 4).

To be clear, the developer's documents, which were made in 2024, do still mention the rezoning of the corridor to 'conservation' (like in image 3).

It's the government documents, which were made in late 2025, that drop the 'conservation' zone. The corridor is mentioned in a proposed new 'overlay' schedule, but an overlay is not a zone (image 5).

So, where has the zone gone?

And why did Casey submit a bunch of documents that conflict with one another? Is the developer still under the impression that the corridor will be covered by a conservation zone?

MARCH FOR AUSTRALIA - IN ITS OWN WORDS - PART 2

CONTENT WARNING: This post contains offensive commentary by others.

--- THE RUMOURS ABOUT MFA ARE TRUE ---

MFA is a recruitment pipeline for the NSN (National Socialist Network) "co-project", White Australia. The NSN is a group of avowed Hi**erists whose primary obsession is Jews.

Although the NSN "disbanded" last weekend in anticipation of new hate laws, the group still exists, and is still using MFA as a front. I don't know what its new name will be, so I will refer to it as NSN in this post.

MFA usually responds to accusations of neo-Nazi involvement with ridicule, misdirection and denials. Good, honest people believe these denials, because they cannot fathom such a brazen public deception (screenshots 1-2).

This is why my post relies chiefly on direct quotes - evidence that, when put together, cannot be rebutted or excused.

(The concluding analysis will not include quotes, as it is my interpretation of all I have observed over the last month.)

--- Difficult Decision ---

No one wants to inadvertently promote the NSN's unhinged racial theories by directly quoting them. Bad ideas don't deserve oxygen.

But this is an unusual situation. MFA has gotten away with its denials for months, allowing the NSN to cloak itself in the Australian flag and appeal to "normies".

This has to end. People need to see what MFA/NSN has been saying. I've collected screenshots from publicly available groups that I didn't even need to join.

To avoid spreading the NSN's twisted reasoning, I have cropped and redacted the included screenshots, leaving only what is necessary to make my point.

--- THE FACTS, IN A NUTSHELL ---

The screenshots show:

- MFA wasn't hijacked by the NSN. It was set up by NSN members and/or cheerleaders (screenshots 3-16).

- Almost everyone who runs the MFA Facebook group is openly hostile to Jews. Some of them reacted to the Bondi terror attack by calling for the deportation of Jews (screenshots 17-28).

- Admins and moderators use the MFA Facebook and Telegram groups to recruit people to "White Australia", the NSN's pet project, spread its ideology, and defend it from criticism (screenshots 29-56).

--- MYTHS ABOUT THE NSN ---

Below, I bust two myths people rely on to justify marching alongside the NSN.

MYTH 1: "NSN is a nationalist group, it has nothing to do with Hi**er."

Fact: The core of the NSN is its adoration of Hi**er. White Australia's "policies" come from Hi**er - it is clear about this. NSN members celebrate his birthday, bake his favourite cake, and treat his book like the Bible (screenshots 57-59).

MYTH 2: "NSN wants the same thing I do - a white Australia. It supports all white Europeans."

Fact: The NSN only values Anglo-Celtic and Germanic blood. The NSN's contempt for Slavs, Greeks and Italians varies in its intensity but permeates the entire group, from the leadership (screenshots 60-62) to the rank and file (screenshots 63-65).

The screenshots show:

- The current leader, Thomas Sewell, says Germany should "breathe out" (expand) into Europe, pushing the people he refers to as "wogs and Slavs" into Mongolia.

- Another leader, Joel Davis, regrets that so many "meds and Slavs" were permitted to migrate here, but he's willing to accept "wog allies" as long as they "respect that it's our f..king country and they are our guests".

--- ANALYSIS ---

On most issues, Sewell swallows Hi**er's views whole; but on racial purity, he holds back, at least in public.

I think he hesitates to insist on white "purity" because his own partner and children would not make the grade.

I don't know if "wogs and Slavs" would be safe from being targeted by the NSN in future - especially if senior members see Sewell's personal biases as a liability and decide to overthrow him.

--- The End Game ---

Contrary to the impression given by its recent bleating on free speech and the Constitution, the NSN is explicitly opposed to liberal democracy - because free people would never willingly vote for its ideas. A full exploration of its policies is beyond the scope of this post.

The NSN's fantasy plan is to take power in one of two ways:

1. Trick people into voting for it, by hiding its real intentions.

2. Destabilise society, then take over in the chaos.

It has used the MFA Facebook group to further both of these strategies.

For the first, it used the group to recruit to its "White Australia" project. It has now stopped this, because of its supposed "disbandment".

For the second, it has used the group to post emotional rants, normalise hyperbole such as "treason" and "traitor", and encourage dehumanising and extreme rhetoric against specific politicians the NSN feels aggrieved by.

If the purpose of MFA is to protect Australia's values and culture, how does proliferating degrading AI photos help?

And how does it help to suggest third-world fixes for our first-world institutions? Sorry, but storming Parliament to force Albo to resign is some third-world sh.t. We don't do that here.

MFA loves all this incivility because its purpose isn't to protect anything; it's to increase the temperature, to push us towards civil collapse. This is known as accelerationism.

See, MFA has never been about building Australia up - it's always been about knocking it down and building something awful in its place.

In recent weeks, the MFA Facebook group has completely revealed its true form. It's an NSN bulletin board - a stream of pronouncements by Hi**erists latching onto legitimate community concerns to recruit "normies" (who they really despise).

Knowing all this, how can we protect our country from these frauds - these UNPATRIOTS - who seek to destroy it?

Luckily, the antidote to their poison is simple. Find something else to do on Australia Day. :)

Everyone who is interested in March for Australia is entitled to this information. I'm entitled to publish it, and you're entitled to read it.

This graphic shows that:

- 8 out of 9 people who run the March for Australia (MFA) Facebook group are openly contemptuous of Jews. The 9th (known as Australianist) has been more careful, but their world view is consistent with Na**sm.

- MFA national organiser Bec Freedom called for Jews to be deported, TWO HOURS after news broke of the Bondi terror attack.

- Other MFA admins/moderators also called for Jews to be deported, in the hours and days after the attack.

NOTE: I've blacked out some text to avoid spreading their complete "reasoning".

*** Is Political Transparency Negotiable? ***

If it turns out I'm a political operator pretending to be independent, how would you feel?

Would you feel that I falsely gained my followers' trust, only to push them towards some undisclosed political movement?

Would you feel lied to?

And, importantly, would I deserve your continued trust?

I know how I have felt in the past, when I discovered the hidden agendas of people who swore they were independent.

This is why I put so much energy into exposing the hidden political affiliations of the candidates in the 2024 council election.

And it's why I have dug into the hidden machinery that drove the federal election campaigns in our local seats (it's taken a while, but I will have more to say about this...).

No political outcome that is achieved through dishonesty can be democratic - because a condition of democracy is that people have the information they need to make an *informed choice*.

When we defend a liar just because we agree with their politics, we undermine that principle, because we are teaching them that transparency is optional - that even if they mislead us, we'll keep supporting them anyway.

So if we care about democracy, we must also care about political transparency. We can't pick and choose when it matters.

Because it always matters. Political transparency CANNOT EVER be negotiable.

GREATER DANDENONG'S CONTINUING FAILURE ON ANTISEMITISM

Last year, I accused Cr Rhonda Garad of sharing antisemitic content on social media, providing examples of posts that I considered to have crossed the line [1].

When she shared a nutty conspiracy theory about Jews using a specific sound frequency to control our minds, this was the last straw. I made a formal complaint to the City of Greater Dandenong [2].

Star News published two articles about it [3-4], and I posted a few follow-ups [5-6].

Cr Sophie Tan responded to my complaint on behalf of Greater Dandenong Council, refusing to take action on the grounds that Cr Garad's posts were made in a "personal capacity".

In my opinion, Greater Dandenong Council feared a backlash from Cr Garad's mob of credulous cheerleaders, and this caused it to fail in its duty - the duty incumbent on everyone - to prevent the spread of antisemitism.

This might be surprising until you consider that 8 out of 11 councillors at Greater Dandenong are Labor members [7].

Their weak response to Cr Garad's conduct is entirely consistent with the ALP's cautious and indecisive posture on left-wing antisemitism.

This was always not good enough; but in post-December 14 Australia, Greater Dandenong simply cannot continue to be part of the machinery of organised indifference.

To the Councillors at Greater Dandenong: Your colleague is still at it (images 1-3). You now have an opportunity to do the right thing.

If, at this juncture, you still cannot understand your role, then the statement you released after December 14 is worthless [8] - and you should resign.

Casey, remember how you demanded - and achieved - a fairer local law?

And remember how a multinational corporation conspired with both local and state governments to push a waste facility nobody wants, but then you fought back and gave the conspirators a massive ongoing headache?

*** Buildings, Buildings Everywhere... at Bunjil Place?! ***

Two years ago, City of Casey administrators endorsed the Bunjil Place Precinct Concept Master Plan. The link is below, but long story short, they decided the land near Bunjil Place (i.e. the entire car park) is "underutilised" and should be replaced with buildings.

If we're lucky, we may get a multi-deck car park next to Casey Arc.

I have to admit, this one made me laugh. Or something. I dunno. Here are some concept drawings I've annotated.

*** What Lies Beneath... Bunjil Place ***

When it first opened on 28 Oct 2017, Bunjil Place had a basement car park with 85 spaces [1]. It was open to the public - I parked there myself, when I visited with Baby Transparency. :)

But just 2 months later, the City of Casey announced that the public would no longer be able to park there. It cited "security concerns, altered operational plans and stakeholder feedback", telling Star News:

“Customers told us they wanted more convenient, short-term outdoor spaces closer to the entrances of Casey ARC and Bunjil Place. This led to a considerable number of council fleet vehicles being relocated into the basement car park and to the Max Pawsey Reserve.” [2]

So... the City of Casey took away our underground parking because that's what *we* wanted?

Hmmm. I dunno, but okay.

As lovely as the "parents with prams" spaces were, I could easily live without them. But what about people who were using the accessible parking spaces?

The basement offers:
- protection from the weather
- direct access to the main floor via a lift

In contrast, nearly all of the above-ground accessible spaces are across the road from the building. This means:
- exposure to the elements
- negotiating a road crossing that is sometimes busy
- a longer distance from the vehicle to the building, along a road on an incline

The discourse on antisemitism tends to stop short, staying in safe territory with general language about "combating extremism".

But what does antisemitism actually look like?

If we don't call it out, we can't stamp it out, no matter how hard we "think and pray".

Unlike others, I'm not beholden to any interest group or political party. I have no incentive to be misleading or selective with the facts.

And I don't particularly care if speaking the truth annoys some self-described "activists" in denial about their antisemitism.

So here are some concrete examples of how people cause antisemitism to spread by either perpetrating it themselves or tolerating it in others.
