TWO NSC DIRECTORS STEP DOWN

Two directors of the NSC, Neil Jenkins (founder) & Sean Frazer, will shortly be resigning.

We wanted to take this opportunity to thank those who have long supported the NSC We will say more later elsewhere.

Will the proposed Vic duck hunting ban go ahead? A Victorian Parliamentary Committee looks set to recommend duck hunting be banned, but will the Andrew Government do it?

FOR THOSE OF YOU IN VICTORIA who hate the way the upper house of Parliament works (with obscure minor parties getting elected through trading preferences), there is hopefully some good news on the horizon.

On Thursday and Friday this week (10 and 11 Aug), a parliamentary committee that was set up to look at how the last Vic State Election was run will be holding public hearings.

We'll be following these hearings closely, as the current system is stacked against shooters because of the number of small left wing parties that have been able to get their own people up - like the Animal Justice Party, Hinch and so on.

The sooner they get rid of the system, the easier it will be to stop the circus around duck shooting.

NSC catches group out on $10 shooters' tax lie Ultra rich gun control groups are crying poor with a proposal to tax shooters. Except that the NSC has exposed their lie for what it is.
