Recreational reading has been demonstrated to positively impact student wellbeing and success. This creates an opportunity for academic libraries to enhance the student experience by offering leisure reading collections.

To support this growing trend, our Shelf-ready Service can help academic libraries establish and expand these collections with minimal staff workload. We get your collection ready for circulation with high-quality metadata, making easier for students to browse and discover titles.

Here are the latest entries for the CRIG Seminar Competition!

Entry 2: You might not know that an ordinary object can encapsule a journey. One entry highlights a dictionary at La Trobe University's Bendigo Campus Library that contains a QR code linked to a geocache, inviting users to discover hidden places around the campus and experience the library in a new way.

Entry 3: Another entry reminds us to pause amidst meetings, emails, and busy schedules. Simply taking a moment to look outside can offer a fresh perspective and sense of calm.

Thanks to all the entrants and their reflections!

How about you? What would you capture through your lens?
