A beautiful little get away house for families or couples to enjoy close to the beach and shops, it'll make for the perfect time away.

Welcome to The Mooring, Rosebud. A place where we hope you can have moments to remember and memories to last a lifetime. This little three bedroom, one bathroom house has a world of character and as we continue to update area’s of the property, we have ensured that the original treasures are kept to maintain elegance and luxury, whilst introducing some modern flair. Comfortably sleeping a total of

eight people, the property is able to accommodate those families wanting a well-earned holiday, to couples wishing for a romantic get away. The Master Bedroom comprises of a queen-sized bed, built in robe and a cot suitable for an infant/young toddler. The second bedroom also contains a queen-sized bed with some drawers for storage. The third bedroom consists of two sets of single bunks. All bedrooms contain ceiling fans to keep you cooler on those warmer days. With modern styling throughout the home, you are made to feel like you are on holidays from the moment you walk in, whilst maintaining that beach house feel. Upon entering you walk into the open style living area consisting of a 55cm TV and split system air conditioner/heater in the lounge room, along side the dining area and kitchen. Whether its after a long day on the beach, or a quiet rainy day in reading a book, the tranquillity of the lounge area will leave you feeling comfortable, relaxed and cosy. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find all that you need with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, stove/oven, utensils and microwave all available for your use. To make your stay as comfortable and care free as possible, we invite you to use any items that have been left to your access. Outside in the backyard you will find a children’s playground, basketball ring, outdoor dining set with seating for eight people, and a BBQ to utilise on those warmer evenings. Off street parking is also available in front of or behind the lockable side gate allowing you to bring any boats or jet ski’s you may wish to use during your stay. With the beach a mere 800m away, and the Rosebud Plaza 600m away, The Mooring is in a perfect location offering all that you need within a short drive or walk. Additionally it is convenient to have the Rosebud Hospital, Superclinic, Chemist, Restaurants and Safeway/Coles all within a 5 minute walk or minute drive. Spending time here as a family has allowed us to create some of our most special and fondest memories. We only hope that you are able to have the same experience. Whilst we ask that you treat the house with respect, please make yourself at home and most importantly… Enjoy!

We are delighted to announce that we will be offering two complimentary yoga classes a week with Bath House bathing. Enjoy a yoga class set in the natural surrounds of Peninsula Hot Springs, where noises from the wildlife will surround you to help clear your mind as you flow through the poses. After your class continue your relaxed state by soaking in the Bath House bathing area. Classes are held every Monday at 5:30pm and Friday at 8am commencing on 8th January. We are so excited to announce that we raised over $600 at our Allumba Drive Christmas Raffle last night with all proceeds going to the Make a Wish Foundation. The lucky winner was Matt and he will now have a free night away at The Mooring, Rosebud. A big well done to Giulian who organised the event. It was a big success.
