IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UNSUPERVISED POOL ACCESS USERS

The Unsupervised Pool Access Program provides our communities with extended access to local pool facilities and is a valued benefit enjoyed by many residents.

To help ensure the program can continue to operate safely and successfully, we kindly remind all users to follow the Terms and Conditions of entry.

Please remember:
β€’ All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult (18 years or older) at all times.
β€’ Access fobs must only be used by the registered holder and their approved family members in accordance with the program rules.
β€’ All patrons must leave the facility by 7pm during autumn and spring operating periods and 8pm during summer operating periods.
β€’ Please do not allow entry to anyone who is not authorised to use your fob.

These requirements are in place to help keep everyone safe and ensure the program remains available for the whole community to enjoy.

We've recently received reports of instances where the program conditions have not been followed. We'd appreciate all users taking a moment to familiarise themselves with the rules and helping family members and guests understand them as well.

Any breach of the program conditions may result in the cancellation of access privileges. By following the rules, users are helping protect the future of the program and ensure it remains available for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you to the many community members who continue to use the facilities responsibly and help make this initiative a success.
Together, we can keep the Unsupervised Pool Access Program safe, enjoyable and available for our communities.
