**2026 Contributions & Charges**

In 2025, we received 44% of Voluntary Contributions paid. So far this year we have only received 42%. We would really love to reach at least 50% if not more!

Thank you to the families who continue to support our school, your contributions make a real difference.

Contributions are $60 for PP-6 students and $30 for Kindy students.

You can pay by cash, direct deposit or EFTPOS - please see Amy or Vanessa in the office to organise your payment.

Thank you to all the teachers and students at Moora Primary who ‘Wore it Loud!’ to raise awareness and funds for the children with hearing loss and TSH (Teach, Speak, Hear).

TURN UP THE VOLUME FOR KIDS WITH HEARING LOSS!!

Loud Shirt Day is on this Friday, 16th October.

Students and staff are invited to wear a loud shirt for a gold coin donation (they are welcome to still wear their faction shirt underneath if they would like to).

Loud Shirt Day is the boldest, brightest, most feel-good fundraiser – and it’s all for a seriously good cause. We all throw on our loudest shirts to raise funds and awareness for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. In WA, funds support TSH (Teach Speak Hear) who provide life-changing services like speech therapy, audiology, early intervention and family support – giving kids with hearing loss the tools they need to thrive.

That’s a wrap on Term 3!
We ended the term with our Good Standing rewards, including Makedo box creations, Lego Masters Challenge, computers, movie, colouring/art, karaoke and dancing! We also had a visit from Fraser and Joel from Tennis West who lead some great sessions of tennis!
It was a busy term but a good one and we are looking forward to all that comes with the end of year approaching.
Have a wonderful, safe holiday break and we will see you back at school on Tuesday 13th October.

We were so grateful to have met Brian and hear his personal story of how and why the amazing ZaZa’s Legacy now exists. Thanks to Bendigo Bank, we now have a Lifevac Device in our school, to assist us with first aid when someone is choking.

A huge thank you to Brian from ZaZa's Legacy - Choking Prevention Australia for so bravely sharing his personal story. His mission to protect our children and equip our community with lifesaving tools is truly remarkable, and we are honoured to partner with him.

It was wonderful to see so many local groups come together to support community safety. Your presence demonstrates the incredible spirit you all have in Moora.
