Thank a First Responder Day 2026 will be held on Wednesday 10 June, giving our community a special opportunity to recognise and express our sincere gratitude for the incredible work first responders do every single day. From emergency services to frontline support teams, these dedicated individuals consistently put the needs of others before their own, often in the most challenging and difficult circumstances.
We also take a moment to acknowledge and thank the families and loved ones who stand behind them, offering support and strength that makes this vital work possible.
Eurobodalla Libraries are proud to support this important day by helping our community share their appreciation. We warmly invite you to visit your local library branch to pick up a postcard and write a message of thanks โ a small gesture that can mean so much to those who give so much to keep our community safe.
Together, letโs take the time to reflect, recognise, and say a heartfelt thank you. ๐
