Mt Kembla RFS is recruiting for new members!

Are you over 16 years old and ready to make a real difference in your community?
Joining Mount Kembla Rural Fire Brigade could be your next big step.

Come along to one of our upcoming information sessions at the fire station to see what it is all about.
Sessions are being held on:
- Thursday 30th April from 6:30pm
- Saturday 2nd May from 3:00pm

Under Extreme Fire Danger conditions fires will spread quickly and embers may travel several kilometres.

Take action now to make sure you, your house and family know and understand you Fire Plan.

Merry Christmas

Thanks to everyone that turned out to the Mt Kembla RFS Santa Run.
From everyone in the Brigade, we hope that everyone has a Merry Christmas and a great festive season.

Santa Time

Santa has arrived at the Mt Kembla Fire Station and will be on the road shortly.

Listen out for a short siren and look for flashing lights as we make our way around the Village.

We hope to see everyone, but please note our crew are on standby to respond to incidents, so we may need to leave the area.

Today is the Day- Mount Kembla Santa Run

Look out for the Mt Kembla RFS fire trucks as the crew make our way around the Village with Santa this afternoon.

We will be on the road from 4pm with Santa stopping at these locations and times:

1. Mt Kembla Park (Football oval) 4:15 to 4:30pm
2. Ryan Park 4:40 to 4:55pm
3. Kembla Heights Bowling Club 5:15 to 5:30pm

We hope to see you there, be aware of the trucks and looking after children when around the heavy vehicles.

🚒🎅 Mount Kembla and Kembla Heights Santa Run. 👩‍🚒🎅

This Sunday, Santa will be visiting Mount Kembla and Kembla Heights community in the fire truck from 4:00pm. Santa and the crew will be stopping by the following locations along the way for meet and greet, photos and to giveaway some sweet treats.

1. Mount Kembla Park (Football Oval): 4:15pm-4:30pm
2. Ryan Park: 4:40pm-4:55pm
3. Kembla Heights Bowling and Recreation Club: 5:15pm-5:30pm

We also remind parents that you make sure your children are well managed around the fire trucks to avoid any accidents.

Resident Information Harry Graham Drive Closure

Notice received that Harry Graham Drive will be reopened to traffic over the Christmas break from Sat 20th Dec to Mon 19th Jan.

🚒🎅 Mount Kembla Santa Run.

Santa will be parking up his sleigh and making his way around Mount Kembla and Kembla Heights in our fire truck on Sunday 21st December from 4pm.

Our trucks will be stopping around town for opportunities to meet Santa, meet our members, take photos and for us to give away some sweet treats. 🍭
