We’re looking for reliable, confident and friendly people who are passionate about keeping our communities safe, supporting their teammates and bringing positive energy to every shift.

🏊 What we’re looking for:

- Qualified Pool Lifeguards

- Confident leaders who can support and motivate a team

- Friendly, reliable people with a strong focus on safety and customer service

- Availability across mornings, afternoons and weekends

✅ What you’ll need:

- Current Pool Lifeguard qualification

- Current First Aid and CPR

- Current Blue Card

- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

POOL CLOSURE 💦

Mount Morgan Aquatic Centre will be closed today, Friday 9th October 2026 from 12pm-3pm while the local School completes their Swimming Carnival.

We will be back open from 3pm ready to welcome you back in for a Swim!

There are no Learn to Swim lessons today. All direct debit accounts will receive a credit for today’s missed lesson.

💙 What would it mean to watch your child feel confident in the water? 💙

To see them put their face in without fear. Float on their back. Find the wall. Swim a little further. And climb out smiling because they did something they didn’t think they could.

That’s what we’re working towards, one lesson at a time.

Here in Central Queensland, water is part of growing up. Backyard pools, holidays, trips to the beach and afternoons swimming with friends.

Learning to swim gives your child skills they can take into all of those moments.

💧 Water safety skills they practise regularly, including floating, turning and returning to the edge.

💧 Confidence that grows through encouragement, repetition and little wins.

Get moving with SWIMFIT, AQUAFIT and our NEW ZUMBA class!

🏊‍♀️ SWIMFIT
A fun and energetic 60-minute swimming fitness class combining swimming drills and water-based exercises to build fitness, strength, endurance and technique.

Held in our outdoor 25m pool, SWIMFIT is suitable for a range of swimming abilities. Our immediate classes are also perfect for teens looking for squad-style training in a fun and supportive environment.

💦 AQUAFIT
A fun, low-impact aqua aerobics class suitable for all fitness levels. Using the natural resistance of the water, these 60-minute sessions help improve strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.

🕺 NEW! ZUMBA ON THE LAWN
Every Wednesday at 8:30am!

Get ready for a fun, high-energy 45-minute dance workout on the lawn. Move, dance and sweat to upbeat music with easy-to-follow routines suitable for all fitness levels.

✨ No experience needed — just bring your energy and have some fun!
