Winter is here! Our next hamper pickup is on the 2nd of June.
We want to encourage anyone who is in need, or who knows someone who is, to come along and grab a hamper.
We will begin giving hampers out from 10AM to 12PM at 172 Rusden Road, Mt Riv.

Next Tuesday, we have our monthly hamper pickup at 10-12PM at 172 Rusden Road, Mount Riverview.
This May, we will also be introducing microwaveable frozen meals that you can take for yourself and for your family. We also have nappies and other baby supplies ready to be distributed.
Please come along if you or someone you know is in need or struggling; we would love to help you out!

We have 40 hampers in stock and would like to welcome anyone who is in need of non-perishable foods.

We would love your help as we reach those in need throughout the community. Through your support, we can help those who need it most.
Ways you can help Mountains Care include:
- Taking a hamper to someone you know who is in need.
- Helping run a food drive at your own local business or a local business you work for.
- Donating money or food to our office. Our food list can be found on our Facebook & Instagram pages.

Next Tuesday, the 3rd of March, we will have our monthly hamper pickup at 172 Rusden Road, Mount Riverview, from 10-12PM.
Our hampers include canned goods, ready-made meals, non-perishable foods and more. We also provide nappies and toilet paper on the day.
