Have you noticed the Hall looks a bit different?

Thanks to an Australian Government grant under the Stronger Communities Programme, we have enhanced the memorial front of our 100+ year old Hall.

The photo is a local image taken in 1916 at the Mount Torrens Australia Day parade. The parade was held to raise money to support Australian troops fighting overseas, aid the wounded, and support the families of fallen soldiers.

Thanks to the Mount Torrens and Districts Community Association who had archived the image, Mark from Duncan Images who restored the image, and Chooks Custom Grafix for the installation.
