Rhyme Time has been buzzing with activity over the past few months as we explore the important role of emergency services in our Nannup community.

We have been fortunate to welcome visits from the Nannup Ambulance Service and the Nannup Police, giving children the opportunity to learn about the vital work these first responders do.
Introducing young children to emergency service personnel helps build trust and familiarity, ensuring they recognise police officers, and paramedics as safe and reliable helpers. This understanding can help reduce fear and anxiety during real emergency situations.

The children thoroughly enjoyed asking questions, meeting the officers, and exploring the police vehicle. These hands-on experiences provided valuable learning opportunities and helped deepen their understanding of the important services available in our community.

We would like to thank the Nannup Ambulance Service and Nannup Police for taking the time to visit us and share their knowledge.

We look forward to welcoming more special visitors to Rhyme Time in the coming months.
