A massive congratulations to Camden SES team 1 that placed first in the overall challenge, as well as the members of Camden SES team 2 that became Co****le champions.

On Saturday, units from across the state came together to participate in our annual olympic type event, Campbelltown Challenge, hosted by the NSW SES Campbelltown Unit.

This event is aimed at our newer NSW SES members who wish to practice their skills, gain confidence and develop leadership supported by more experienced members.

Though we took out the top spot, this event makes winners out of all the units that participate, it is a day of fun, friendship, shared experience and team work.

This year’s placements:
First place — NSW SES Camden Unit

Flood Rescue is one of our most specialised and rewarding capabilities, supporting communities during some of their most challenging moments.

From operating rescue boats to assisting people trapped by floodwaters, Flood Rescue volunteers play a critical role in keeping communities safe.

If you're looking for a challenge, enjoy working as part of a team, and want to make a real difference when it matters most, Flood Rescue could be for you.

🎥 Special thanks to our friends at NSW SES Blacktown Unit for the video.
