We’re holding Youth Con AUDITIONS during our May Westside Open Studio Sessions!

Whether you’re a band, solo artist, acoustic duo, DJ, or dance group, we want to see you audition for the chance to perform at Youth Con ‘26 on 10 July at Williamstown Town Hall.

💸 FYI: Youth Con is a paid gig 💸

• Time: 5pm – 7pm
• Eligibility: ages 15 to 25 and must have a connection to Hobsons Bay

The final Movies by the Bay of the season is coming up on Saturday 14 March – ZOOTOPIA 2 at Logan Reserve, Altona.

Airtime is a public art project that highlights the creative talents of young people in Hobsons Bay.

Artworks are reproduced and printed on large flags and exhibited for a three-month period on the flag poles at Altona Meadows Skate Park.

‘Dear Agnes,’ contemporary public art program returns to Truganina Explosives Reserve in Altona this March with a celebration of art, environment, and heritage.

Twelve artists and collectives are creating works inspired coastal environments in Hobsons Bay and the land artwork 'A Forest for Australia' by influential artist Agnes Denes. ‘A Forest for Australia’ is located at the nearby Altona Treatment Plant and will be open for several guided tours on 21 and 22 March as part of Dear Agnes.

Everyone will have the opportunity to view and experience the new artworks at Truganina Explosives Reserve – including sculptural and sound pieces, dance performances and more – and participate in free workshops, talks and a Walks on Country on selected days through March.
