Nhill Post Office & Tatts Lotto is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, a fresh perspective and, most importantly, a genuine willingness to learn, take responsibility and grow with the role.
This is more than a standard retail position. Working in a Post Office involves customer service, financial transactions, postal services, identity and passport-related services, Tatts Lotto and other regulated services. Professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality and following procedures are therefore very important.
The right person will be:
• Friendly, professional and confident with customers
• Reliable, honest and responsible
• Willing to learn new systems, products and procedures
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Able to follow policies and compliance requirements carefully
• Accurate when handling cash and transactions
• Able to work independently as their experience develops
• Willing to take ownership of their responsibilities
• Interested in learning and developing within the business
Previous Post Office experience is not required. We are happy to provide training to the right person who has the right attitude and is genuinely willing to learn.
Position: Part-time / Casual
Future opportunity: Potential to develop into a full-time position for the right person as skills, experience and responsibilities grow.
