There has been a spectacular array of sunrises over Caddens of late. Residents, both current and future are fortunate indeed!

Another new land release coming your way in Caddens this weekend. Lots varying between 347m2 and 1,009m2 will be up for sale. Prices vary between $290,000 and $450,000. The lots for sale are situated around the 'Hilltop Park' area of Caddens which is currently under construction. Land on sale from 10am, Saturday 8th of February. Seems as though prices have risen since previous releases so if you haven't already, you may want to jump on board now to secure your own piece of the lovely area!

Another new land release this coming weekend. Prices start from $270k. Seems that the value of land is already rising for past releases so if you're looking at buying in Caddens, now is your chance! Also looks as though work on Hilltop Park has begun which is great news for those currently building, or starting soon.

If you haven't been through Caddens in a while, it is certainly developing into a bustling construction site.

Just went for a drive around Caddens at sunrise.... My gosh it is stunning. As I drove over the hill I could see nothing but hues of apricot and golden sun emanating from the horizon for about 300 degrees around me....

Anyone notice much, if any building happening at Caddens this past week with the weather?
