🌭💛 What a fantastic day at our Bunnings Willetton Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser! 💛🌭

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing volunteers who gave their time, energy and smiles, and to the many members of our local community who stopped by to enjoy our delicious sausages and cakes while supporting a great cause.

Every dollar raised will go directly towards helping Perth families experiencing financial hardship through our food relief program, as well as providing learning essentials, toiletries and other basic necessities to school children from disadvantaged households struggling with the rising cost of living.

Your support is much more than a sausage or a slice of cake—it helps put food on the table, eases pressure on families, and ensures children have the essentials they need to learn with dignity and confidence.

A great yet busy day doing our little part to support families doing it tough in the City of Armadale.

A big shout out to our wonderful volunteers and the beautiful families we had the privilege to support today. Many of the recipients were referred through schools in Armadale. We also provided food hampers to two lovely people sleeping rough.

Today was a wonderful day distributing food pantry items and cooked meals to families in need at Connect@Kenwick, in celebration of Vesak Day. The event's spirit of compassion and care was palpable as families expressed their gratitude by writing notes of appreciation, love, and peace on our Tree of Compassion. Thank you Diane Lloyd - City of Gosnells Councillor and Councillor Balli Singh - City of Gosnells for their assistance, alongside our dedicated volunteers. A big shout to the Buddhist organisation, Pureland Learning Centre of WA and City of Gosnells for their contributions to the event's success.

We are holding a weekend Food Pantry Distribution event at Kelmscott on 23th May. Priority to families with children attending schools in Armadale and its immediate surroundings who are experiencing hardship. Applications can be submitted through your child's school or directly to the coordinator at [email protected]. Due to limited availability, this event is strictly by invitation only and is supported by the City of Armadale. Wishing all a good weekend.

We'll treasure the love, contagious laughter, and unwavering support from our remarkable volunteers, Zureen and her sunshine-filled son, Zee, as we bid a heartfelt farewell, sending them off on a new adventure to Melbourne, where they'll undoubtedly ignite hearts and inspire souls everywhere they tread. We're also going to miss Sam, our stalwart supporter who's embarked on a new journey in Melbourne. Wishing them all a future brimming with joy, success, and limitless possibility.
