๐ฌ Have your say on your rates
The City of Kalamunda is inviting ratepayers to provide feedback on the proposed differential rates for 2026/2027.
We know rates matter to our community, and your input helps Council make informed decisions ๐ก
The 2026/27 budget has been prepared in a challenging financial environment, with rising costs, increasing community expectations, and a growing asset base to maintain. Like many households, the City is facing higher prices for materials, construction, insurance and essential services, which directly impacts the cost of delivering the infrastructure and programs our community relies on every day.
๐ You can view details of the proposed minimum rates and rate in the dollar for each category on the Cityโs online engagement portal ๐ป
๐ You can also read the full statement of objects and reasons at the City Administration Centre during opening hours.
Your feedback will be carefully considered before Council makes its final decision.
