We often get asked where to get Mineral Magic - contact Team Turfcare Australia and in New Zealand Prebbles Turf World 💪

🌳MAKE EVERY DROP WORK HARDER 💦
Improved moisture retention within the growing medium.

Containers can dry quickly, particularly during hot weather or between irrigation cycles. The porous structure of Mineral Magic holds water and makes it available around the root zone when plants need it. Mineral Magic states that the material can hold more than 60% of its weight in water and nutrients, helping reduce moisture stress and support more consistent growth.

It doesn’t replace good irrigation management but it can make the growing medium work harder.

🌳 BETTER ROOTS START HERE 🎋
Build a Strong Foundation Into Your Growing Media.

Strong, well-developed roots are the foundation of a healthy, saleable plant. Mineral Magic helps improve the growing environment around the root zone, supporting greater root development and more effective access to water and nutrients.

For nurseries, that can mean healthier establishment, stronger plants and more consistent performance throughout production.

We often get asked how we can incorporate Mineral Magic into existing turf surfaces. 🤔

The ideal opportunity? Your next turf renovation. 🌱

From golf greens and fairways to football ovals and racetracks, renovation opens the door to incorporating Mineral Magic below the turf canopy and into the rootzone.

For best results, premix Mineral Magic into your topdressing medium before application. This helps achieve even distribution and effective incorporation.

The process is straightforward:

✅ Core — open the profile and remove cores where required.

✅ Spread — apply the premixed topdressing evenly at the specified rate.

✅ Brush — work the material into the canopy and open aeration holes.

✅ Water — lightly irrigate to settle the material.

Our preferred implements for the brushing stage are the David Golf Australia Sweep n Fill and Redexim Speed Brush, helping move the material down through the turf where it can do its job.

Make your next renovation an opportunity to improve water retention, nutrient retention and rootzone performance.

Planning a renovation? Speak with Turfcare Australia or us about the right grade, blend and application rate for your surface.
