Kite flying at Mount Flora - What a windy day it was on Sunday at the museum. Perfect for flying kites! I spotted a dad with his two boys having a wonderful time with their kites zooming fast and high.

Mount Flora Museum has a fabulous collection of women's magazine from bygone eras. The prices are bound to make you smile, and check out the different styles and how some are returning today. I hope you enjoy these........

If you are visiting City of Stirling's administration building over the next two weeks make sure you look for our display.

These World War 1 artefacts are part of the Mount Flora Museum's collection. You will see a "death penny" (given to families of soldiers who died as a result of fighting), soldier badges, some trench art, and part of a scrapbook of newspaper clipping collected during the war. The lovely poppies have been crafted by the local community.
