Programmes like our 'Ballet 4 You' programme, that focus on combining music with movement have shown positive therapeutic benefits for people living with Alzheimer's, Dementia and Parkinson's, acting as a neurological scaffold to aid memory and emotional expression.
Music can be a tool to reduce reliance on psychotropic medication and improve wellbeing, reducing symptoms of agitation, anxiety and aggression.

Our inaugural 'Ballet 4 You' Teachers Workshop is scheduled for Saturday 18th April, in Claremont, Western Australia. This workshop is suitable for O.T.s, Physio's, Dance Teachers, and people interested in working in this rewarding sphere of Aged Care. 'Ballet 4 You' is uniquely created for the elderly to improve balance, strength, gait and cognition. Classes can be taken in Aged Care, Community Centres, or privately. We have a limited number of ten places available for this, our very first workshop.
