This week, our Nudge team took time to pause, reflect and lean in during National Reconciliation Week - including joining the live-streamed Reconciliation WA Breakfast together on Wednesday morning.
The 2026 theme, “All In”, is a reminder that reconciliation is not something we stand on the sidelines of. It asks all of us to show up - through our actions, our conversations, and our willingness to listen, learn and walk together.
At Nudge, connection sits at the heart of what we do.
Every mentoring conversation, every relationship built on trust, every moment of support and understanding - that’s where meaningful change begins.
This week reminded us that reconciliation isn’t just a statement.
It’s commitment.
It’s accountability.
It’s continuing to create spaces where people feel seen, heard, respected and supported.
We know there is always more to learn, more to listen to, and more action to take - and we’re committed to being All In for that journey.

Today we acknowledge National Sorry Day and hold space for the Stolen Generations.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander children who were taken from their families, Country, culture, language and community.
Sorry Day is a time to listen deeply, reflect honestly, and walk together with respect.
We encourage you to take the time to learn, yarn and continue supporting truth telling and reconciliation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Through commitment, personal development, and strong family support, Mariah has continued to build on her gifts, most recently contributing her artistry alongside her cousin, Fremantle club great Stephen Hill, in designing Fremantle’s 2026 AFL Indigenous jumper.
