Big things are happening at Maylands Sport & Rec 👀
Thanks to the City’s Community Capital Requests program, the club has improved its bar area, making the venue more flexible for meetings, celebrations and events of all sizes 🎉🍻
Upgrades to the bar include new taps, fridges, lighting and shutters as well as a new hand basin and prep area.
Smaller groups can now hire the space without bar service, helping the club welcome more visitors and activities while continuing to be a vibrant community hub 🙌
Thinking about a project for your local club or community group? The next round of Community Capital Requests opens in August.
