This role is less about “formal support” and more about being a positive, reliable presence, someone who can build a genuine connection and feel more like a mate while still providing safe, appropriate support.

• Building confidence and social connection

Have rostering or scheduling experience in NDIS / aged care
Can think on your feet when shifts fall over
