Watene and Paige who recently picked up the keys to their beautiful brand new 3x2 family home with Theatre. 🔥
I have been in the building game coming up 10 years this month and I have dealt with hundreds of clients in that time. Over those years I’d say 99% of my clients have been great but I can hand on heart say that I have never dealt with a man as respectful and as well mannered as Watene. 💯
That fellas name should honestly be next to the word Gentleman in the dictionary. 🤣
He was the main point of contact for us and our team absolutely loved him throughout the whole process. I have attached one of the emails I was cc’d into by admin of what they thought. 🙌🏽
It wasn’t all smooth sailing for Watene and Paige either. After purchasing their block we were going through the design phase of their home where we were informed by our shire compliance team that there was an undisclosed easement put on the front of their corner block due to underground power. This meant we had to reconfigure their original home design completely. 🤯
In a moment where they could have easily lost their minds and thrown in the towel Watene made everyone feel like it wasn’t a big deal at all. We sat down and re-designed a home that was suitable for their needs and got everything underway.
Now the time has arrived where they have picked up their keys and are enjoying it all. 👌🏾
Not to mention the truck load of equity they’ve just made from deciding to stick it all out. 😏

FHOG:
The WA State government has just upped the First Home owners grant threshold to $800,000 when you build so anyone with a package under that amount is entitled to the $10,000 grant. 💰

STAMP DUTY:
The State government have also put the Stamp duty concession on land from $350,000 to $450,000.
What that means is if your block is $450,000 and under then you won’t be hit with any stamp duty fees for your build. 👌🏼

We currently have NO Lenders mortgage insurance fees for any packages $850,000 and under too. This is with both the bank lenders and the low deposit option Keystart. 🙌🏾

If you are already going through the process with us then our team will automatically run through your figures again once the full terms and conditions are released by the Government in the coming days. 😊
