A big CONGRATULATIONS to my very easy going clients Cruize and Neyssa who recently picked up the keys to their beautiful brand new 3x2 with Theatre and a good sized Garage workshop. 👌🏽
Cruize and Neyssa reached out to see if they qualified as they weren’t quite sure that they did and after checking over their finance we were given the approval and budget to get stuck in.
We got to work straight away and managed to secure a block where they wanted to be.
We started from a base model of one of our homes and tweaked it to give them what they needed. 😊
They hit every target that we put in place and now they are reaping the rewards as one of Perth’s most newest home owners. 🔥
A great outcome and a great amount of equity made for them at the same time.

If you have friends or family members who are looking to build and you refer them to us we will pay you $2000 just before their slab goes down. 👌🏾

T&C’s: To be eligible for the payment we need to know upfront before any documents have been signed to start the building process as your details will be added to our Rewards Club under the clients name when everything is submitted into the builders database.
So, if you do refer someone please tell them to let us know or send us a message that you’ve passed our details onto a particular person who’s looking to build.
That way we have got you covered. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

🔒12 MONTH PRICE HOLD GUARANTEE🔒

At our company we guarantee a 12 month price hold with our builder from the day you sign your Preliminary plan agreement to get your building process started. 👌🏽
In this market with the majority of land not being titled and ready to go straight away and with materials and labour going up every month it gives our clients peace of mind that their homes base price, their changes to the home design, their inclusions and their Promotions won’t be hit with any extra cost during the extra time that they may need to wait. 😊

There is no 🐂💩 or smoke and mirrors with this.
The only 3 clauses clients need to meet to keep this in place are:

1- Have your final home design and costing by our team finalised within 60 days of signing your Preliminary agreement. (Most of our clients have this sorted within 30 days comfortably)
If for any reason the delay is caused by us or builders admin then you will be given an extension.

2- Have your finance approved within the 12 month timeframe.

3- Have your land titled within the 12 month timeframe so we can get land surveys and engineers reports.

Whether our clients are in construction or still going through their admin process when the 12 month timeframe comes up they will never get whacked with an out of pocket cost by us when it comes to the above and it’s all been met.
You can speak to any of our clients that have gone through it all and they’ll tell you the exact same.

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to my clients and mates James and Vanessa who recently picked up the keys to their brand new Luxury 4x2 with Theatre, Activity and Scullery. 🔥
James and Ness found themselves a nice block situated in a Seaside estate that they wanted to live in and then reached out to see if we could help.
We managed to reconfigure a plan that worked well with their budget and then put everything in place.
This home now gives them everything that their family needs. 😊
This fella doesn’t really need to hear it anymore but Doogz at one time was one of Perth’s sharpest rugby players. To see his old ass making solid moves off the field is awesome to witness too. 👌🏽

A few weeks ago I attended our Builders 25/26 EOFY awards night and out of around 40 of Perth’s top building consultants I received the award for Best Customer Service. 😀
I’ve been in the industry 10 years now and over that time I have won some pretty cool awards but nothing compares to receiving this one. It’s genuinely what I push for every day with my business.👌🏽
I make sure every single one of our clients is treated exactly how I would want to be treated and I am with you from the beginning right up until you’ve picked up your keys.
I strive to give my clients the best experience of building a home that we can possibly give them.
For the majority with the feedback and referrals that we get it is a great one but it is not always a smooth process and if for any reason it does get tough you will know that I don’t dip. I will do what I can to rectify it with the builders management team and/or Land developers so we can all keep moving forward in the right direction.
I do my best to provide clear communication and if I say I’m going to do something I make sure myself and my team are accountable in doing so.
Being from Gisborne I know how hard it is to get ahead in life. So when I’m given the opportunity to try and help change someone else’s life for the better and put a roof over their little kids heads I’m all in. 💯

Kit was referred to us and then reached out to see if he qualified for his own home.
He most definitely did so we put a small plan in place and got everything underway.
Kit nailed what was needed of him and by doing that he’s just become one of Perth’s newest home owners. 😊
A fellow Gizzy lad we have many mutual friends but never actually knew each other back home. The connection was an easy one though. We both knew where each other stood and made sure we got it done. 💯

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to my clients Ihaka and Ashleigh who recently picked up the keys to their big beautiful brand new 4x2 with Study, Activity, Theatre and Scullery along with our pumped up Luxury spec throughout. 🔥
Ihaka and Ashleigh reached out to see if they qualified and got the process underway pretty quick once they realised they did.
We picked up a nice big block along the Northern coastline and designed a home to give them everything they needed and more.
We put a small plan in place to go through during admin and they hammered through that to get themselves into the position they are in now. 😊
It was perfect timing for them and they were quite lucky they ended up designing a bigger home as they were blessed with twins near the end of construction. 🙌🏼
After getting their home valued upon completion they not only got a stunning new home to go home to but they’ve already made $350k plus in equity on it. 🤑
