What an absolutely fantastic day!

The sun was shining, the colours were flying, and the smiles were everywhere! Our students had an AMAZING time at today's P&C Colour Run!

A HUGE thank you to our wonderful P&C for organising such a fun-filled event, and to our amazing teachers for getting their students organised, ready and excited for all the action!

We even had a couple of very special DEPUTY DINOSAURS 🦖🦕 helping out today! Who knew dinosaurs were so good at Colour Runs?! 🤣

Fantastic weather, loads of laughter and plenty of colourful memories made!

THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the day such a success!

🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏆 ATHLETICS CARNIVAL – DAY 2! 🏆🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

What an absolutely BEAUTIFUL day for our Athletics Carnival!

The sun is shining, the smiles are everywhere, and the cheering is so loud you'd think we were at the OLYMPICS!

It's been fantastic to see so many parents, grandparents and supporters joining us, and even better to hear our students enthusiastically cheering on their peers!

There's been plenty of laughter, excitement, incredible sportsmanship and lots of happy faces throughout the day!

A HUGE thank you to Mr Stephens for doing such an amazing job organising our two-day carnival. So much work goes into making these events happen, and we really appreciate all his efforts!

🎨A Little Tim Burton Magic in Room 13! 🎨

Our talented students in Room 13 have been getting creative with Mr Cutler, producing these AMAZING Tim Burton-inspired self-portraits!

Using nothing but a lead pencil, students have captured the quirky characters, exaggerated features and spooky style that make Tim Burton's artwork so recognisable.

How incredible do they look?!

We absolutely love the creativity and individuality in every portrait. Well done, Room 13!

🐦🌿 COUNT BIRDS, MAKE A DIFFERENCE! 🦜💚
The Aussie Bird Count is back from 19–25 October 2026, and we'd love our EVPPS families to get involved!
🐦 Just 20 minutes can make a difference!
Head into your backyard, visit a local park or find a quiet spot outdoors and spend 20 minutes counting the birds you see.
It's a fun, FREE activity for the whole family and a wonderful way for children to connect with nature while helping scientists understand how Australia's birdlife is faring. 🌳
Why does it matter?
With one in six Australian bird species facing the threat of extinction, every count helps build a clearer picture of our precious birdlife and supports conservation efforts.
🦉 Every bird counts – and so do YOU!
📅 19–25 October 2026
👉 Find out how to participate: https://aussiebirdcount.org.au/
Let's see how many feathered friends our EVPPS community can spot! 🐦🦜🌿
