Our fortnightly values focus is UNIQUENESS, which means being strong enough to do what you know if right and being true to yourself.

At our recent Values Assembly, we explored how making the right choice takes strength of character, not muscles! We also discussed simple ways to support our mental health and wellbeing, including:

- Getting good quality sleep
- Looking for the good things in life to spark gratitude
- Moving our bodies
- Having a laugh
- Practising deep breathing exercises

You might like to ask your children which strategies they would like to practise this fortnight to help look after their mental wellbeing. Small, positive habits can make a big difference in helping us feel good, make positive choices and be true to ourselves!
