This week we spent two days training our BabyFAST team, who will be delivering our Term 4 program starting next week! 💛

It was such a great couple of days getting to know each other, learning, exploring the BabyFAST approach and starting to plan what this particular program will look like for the young parents and families joining us.

We’re really excited to be partnering with some wonderful local community organisations and to be able to hold the program at the Ellenbrook Youth Centre.

We still have a few spots available, so if you’re a young parent and would like to know more, please get in touch with Rachael. And if you know someone who might be interested, please share this post with them!

We can’t wait to get started! 🌿

One of the things we love about the Being a Parent program is seeing the strategies move beyond the group and into everyday family life. 💛

A mum shared this with our Parent Facilitators — she’s created a feelings space on her fridge and even popped one of the strategies, CHOCS, somewhere she can easily refer back to it.

Simple, practical ideas that can become part of everyday family life. 🫶

This is exactly what we hope parents take away from the program — strategies they can actually use at home.

If you are interested in coming along to our next program in term 4, reach out to Rachael on 0426 717 915 to register your interest.
