🌿 Two great days of learning, connection and inspiration!

Pingelly CRC staff Rhea and Sam, along with board member David, have spent the past two days attending the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development CRC State Conference 2026, exploring this year’s theme: Responsive, Adapting & Delivering. 💚

From inspiring keynote presentations and practical workshops to connecting with fellow CRCs, the conference has been a fantastic opportunity to share ideas and explore how we can continue responding to local needs, adapting to change and delivering positive outcomes for Pingelly.

We’re excited to bring fresh ideas, knowledge and connections back home!

💬 Have an idea for Pingelly? We’d love to hear from you! Pop in for a chat or share what you’d love to see in our town.

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the Pingelly Community Resource Centre (PCRC) has been named a Finalist in the 2026 Wheatbelt Business Excellence Awards!

WE ARE NOMINATED! 🥳

We are thrilled to share that we’ve officially entered the 2026 Wheatbelt Business Network Excellence Awards!

The Wheatbelt Business Network received a massive response this year. Taking the time to enter gave us a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come, the challenges we've overcome, and the work we do every day for our community.

A huge congratulations and good luck to all the other fantastic local businesses who put themselves forward. Now, over to the judges!

🎉 WOW WHEATBELT... WHAT A RESPONSE! 🎉

Entries for the Wheatbelt Business Excellence Awards 2026 are officially closed, and we are incredibly excited to share that:

🌾 62 businesses entered
🏆 94 award applications submitted

A huge THANK YOU and congratulations to every business that put themselves forward this year!

We know an awards application takes time. It gives you the chance to stop, look back at how far your business has come, recognise the challenges you've worked through and celebrate the achievements you might not always take the time to acknowledge.

And beyond the businesses themselves, these applications tell the stories of the people making a difference in our Wheatbelt communities every single day.

Our judges now have the exciting task of reading through all 94 applications, and we can't wait for them to discover the businesses, people and stories behind them.

To everyone who entered, be proud of what you've achieved and thank you for sharing your story with us.

Now... let the judging begin! 🏆🌾
