💙 Help Us Keep Our Community Spaces Safe 💙

Council crews have spent their Monday repairing public infrastructure that has been vandalised over the weekend.

Repairs have been completed on the Woodward Park netball ring, which was loose due to bolts being removed. There have also been screws and bolts removed from the Solomontown Beach shelter which will need to be replaced.

Removing hardware from public infrastructure creates safety risks and results in unnecessary repair work and costs.

While these seem like small items, these repairs take time, effort and money that could be better spent in our community.

If you notice missing bolts, loose structures or anyone appearing to tamper with structures at local parks or playgrounds, please report it to Council on 8633 9777 so we can investigate and respond quickly.

Together, let's help keep our parks, playgrounds and community spaces safe for everyone. 💙
