Skill gets you around the corner.
Good judgement gets you home.

This weekend marks the final MotoGP at Phillip Island before the event moves to Adelaide next year.

With thousands of riders expected to make the journey, Motorcycle Awareness Month is a timely reminder that getting there safely is just as important as the destination.

Our solo unit knows that riding a motorcycle takes skill, precision and sound judgement.

🏍️ Ride to the conditions, not beyond them.
👀 Stay alert and anticipate hazards.
🛣️ Approach corners at a speed that allows you to remain in control.
☕ Take regular breaks and never underestimate the effects of fatigue.

Enjoy the final Phillip Island GP, ride responsibly and make sure you get home safely.

Thinking about buying an electric fat bike?

Fat bikes are easy to spot thanks to their extra-wide tyres, but don't assume every electric fat bike is a legal e-bike.

Some models are capable of speeds and power levels that place them in the motorcycle category.

If that's the case, riders need:

✅ Registration
✅ A motorcycle licence or learner permit
✅ To be 18+

90 Days of Activation - Darebin

As part of our 90 Days of Activation, members from across North West Metro Division 5 have commenced proactive patrols at Priority Community Places throughout Darebin.

Patrols have focused on key community spaces in and around Northland Shopping Centre, including transport hubs, food courts and the cinema precinct. The aim is to be highly visible, approachable and available to engage with community members, visitors, retailers and centre management through meaningful conversations.

Over the coming months, members will continue working alongside businesses and listening to our community to identify opportunities to improve safety, provide crime prevention advice and strengthen community connections.

Building safer and more welcoming public spaces is a shared responsibility, and we look forward to working with our community throughout this initiative.

If you see us out and about, stop and say hello.
