I would like to inform your comradeship that the current SPLM Victoria Chapter under leadership of comrade Mading Malak is officially dissolved. Comrade Deng Luak and the team on the list attached to this message will take over the leadership of the chapter on interim bases until elections. Please be calm and continue to work with our new executive office until the next elections.
