THIS WEEKEND - Shed Tours

The Swan Bay Express will be running on both Saturday and Sunday this weekend, to facilitate our Saturday shed tours!

SATURDAY SHED TOURS:

To visit LAKERS SIDING depot, book a return journey aboard the 11am Swan Bay Express (departing from Queenscliff Station). You will be guided through the shed between 11:15am and 12:15pm, ready to return to Queenscliff on the return of the 12:00pm Swan Bay Express.

*Lakers Siding is ONLY accessible by train*

To visit QUEENSCLIFF restoration shed, walk west from the Queenscliff Station building, cross the railway tracks at the wooden gates adjacent to the boat ramp road. Then walk down the footpath to the shed!

Don't miss the exclusive chance to tour our rollingstock shed at Lakers Siding! Steam restoration projects, carriage works, and stored locomotives not seen by the public in many years!

Just when you think you've seen it all, there's more!
This Saturday (October 10th), jump on the 11am Swan Bay express and witness Klondyke and Pozieres in action again, with the exclusive chance to stick around at Lakers Siding and go behind the scenes in our main workshop! See restoration projects in action, stored engines, and all the work that occurs behind the scenes to keep a heritage railway running!
The Queenscliff shed will also be open to the public, with the restoration of Car 19 and ASG33 on display, and the steam crane in action!
PLUS, Klondyke will be making a guest appearance on the Q Train!
Don't miss out, tickets for the Swan Bay Express (11am, 12pm and 2.15pm) are available at https://bellarinerailway.com.au/swan-bay-express/
*Lakers Siding shed tour is only available with the 11am service, there is no additional cost, simply wait for directions on the platform at Laker's siding on arrival of the 11am service. All guests wishing to participate in the shed tour must ride the 11am Swan Bay Express. Return to Queenscliff will be via the 12pm Swan Bay Express

DAY OUT WITH THOMAS

We are excited to welcome passengers to this weekends Day Out With Thomas event - albeit in slightly wet conditions!

As this is an all weather event, it will go ahead as planned - rain, hail, or shine!

There will be a few alterations to cope with the weather, namely the Troublesome Truck rides with Thomas will have guards van carriages for passengers to stay out of the weather.

We will see you here!
