Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities through Creativity (BRICC)

BRICC Street Art and Mural Program is a federally funded creative wellbeing program supporting young people aged 12–18 to build confidence, connection and a sense of belonging through structured street art and collaborative mural projects.

The program provides safe, supported creative environments for young people offering practical skill development alongside meaningful opportunities for participation and positive community contribution.

The Up& Up team of Shane, Faith and Kaz are delivering this program every Friday morning until the rest of the term, with the end result creating a mural on a surface within the school grounds.
Today for their first lesson, students experimented with several techniques using a spray can.

Excited about seeing the progress along the way.

CAPA Tour – homeward bound

Our CAPA tourists took to the stage at BIG4 Holiday Park on the Gold Coast yesterday for their final performance of the 2026 tour.

After entertaining audiences at the BIG4 Holiday Park in Airlie Beach and the students at Cannonvale State School, our CAPA stars have made their mark along the Queensland coast.

Today, it’s time to head home with a busload of memories, new experiences, friendships and plenty of stories to share.

Shout out to the media team of Ryah and Eliza for their excellent videos and photos.

ETA back at school today 6pm.

Raymond Terrace Community Positive Behaviour for Learning - PBL

Congratulations Marley on being nominated for this award even though you have left school and are currently sitting your HSC exams.

Last term, Marley came to the assistance of a young student from Grahamstown Public School who suffered an injury at the skatepark. She contacted the school and stayed with the young boy until a teacher arrived with a first aid kit.

Well done Marley, on showing great compassion and thoughtfulness towards a young child in need, and demonstrating our school PBL values.
