A beautiful act of generosity from Reverend Murray π
Reverend Murray has kindly donated a wonderful stack of towels to Southern Peninsula Community Support - items that are still in excellent condition and ready to continue making a difference.
After a lifetime of service and support to others, it is incredibly special to see this continued kindness in action. These towels will go directly to people in our community who are doing it tough, helping provide comfort, dignity, and care during challenging times.
Thank you, Reverend Murray, for your thoughtful donation and ongoing compassion. Your generosity truly reflects the spirit of community support. π

π Community kindness in action! π
Our friends at Village Glen are at it again, generously supporting Southern Peninsula Community Support and helping us keep vulnerable members of our community warm this winter.
A huge thank you to Helen and the wonderful ladies from The Village Patchworkers - a group of talented and caring residents who dedicate their time and skills to creating and donating beautiful blankets for those doing it tough.
These blankets are so much more than warmth; they are a reminder that our community cares. Every stitch represents kindness, compassion, and a desire to make a difference in someone's life.
We are incredibly grateful for your ongoing support and generosity. Thank you for helping us wrap our clients in comfort and care during the colder months.

A huge thank you to the Red Hill and District Lions Club - Victoria for inviting Southern Peninsula Community Support to be part of such a special night. The passion, kindness and commitment to helping others was felt in every speaker and every conversation throughout the evening.
We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing support the Lions give our organisation each and every year. Your generosity and dedication make a real difference in the lives of people across our community.

π A beautiful act of kindness from Mums Supporting Families in Need Inc π
These gorgeous bunches were part of a special Motherβs Day promotion in partnership with Flowers for Jane.
This year, we were introduced a βPay It Forwardβ bunch initiative, where customers could donate flowers to a mum in need - spreading love, kindness and reminding local women that they are seen and valued.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, so many beautiful bouquets were shared with deserving mums across the Southern Peninsula. πΈ
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, supported, and helped make someoneβs day a little brighter. Small acts of kindness truly create a ripple effect. π

For years and years, the Rye Opportunity Shop has stood beside Southern Peninsula Community Support, quietly and generously helping those doing it toughest across the Southern Peninsula. π
As one of our longest standing supporters, their kindness, compassion and community spirit have made a real difference to the lives of so many local people facing hardship. Every item donated, every purchase made and every volunteer hour given helps support people who need it most.
With it being National Volunteer Week, we want to give a very special shout out to the incredible volunteers at the Rye Op Shop. Thank you for your endless dedication, your warm smiles, your hard work and the heart and soul you pour into the shop every single week. Our community is stronger because of you.
And the best part? The money raised stays local and directly supports vulnerable people right here on the Southern Peninsula. π
The Rye Opportunity Shop is always looking for more volunteers to join their beautiful team. If youβve been thinking about giving back, meeting wonderful people and becoming part of something meaningful, this is such a special place to volunteer.
